Mn passes more auto laws

It was a big story in the news the other day and I won't go into to much depth since I didn't really research this but Mn passed laws saying that teenagers cannot drive between the hours of 1am and 5am and are limited to how many passengers they can have in the car unless the passengers are immediate family. Didn't hear what the official restriction number is now. Also new on the books is it's illegal to textmessege while driving. About frickin time in my book and suspect cellphone use isn't too far behind. While riding my bike around town I was leaning up against a light pole waiting for the light to change and started noticing just how many are talking instead of paying attention to driving. I figured that 1 of every 3 cars drivers were busy chatting with one hand up to their ear. and the other with a thumb up their rear. Imagine how much lower our insurance payments could be if idiots like that were ticketed before hitting a bicyclist or motorcyclist because they couldn't be inconvienienced for a minute by pulling over to find out what time to meet for a swiss mocha expresso.
