Bulletin Board
The Chevy V8 is my shepherd.

I shall not want.

It maketh me burnout on black pavements;

It leadeth me beside busy freeways;

It restoreth my soul

It leads me in the path of quickness for its name sake.

Yea though I walk through the valley of rice, I shall fear no turbo for torque art with me.

Thy rod and thy piston they comfort me.

Thou preparest a track before me. In the presence of mine enemies thou hast anointed my bearings with oil.

My truck over powers.

Surely traction and victory shall follow me all the days of my life

and I shall dwell in the house of the v8 forever.

Amen
Future Plans

Maybe someone will have one at the Lion's club fly in and car show. I'll have to look thru my car show pics and see if I dated when it was last year, hopefully I didn't miss it already.

on a side note,i dont know if youre in the market but i found a very nice truck for a nice price on craigslist.
http://desmoines.craigslist.org/cto/1225092139.html id love to buy it and do a tune up just to resell it for a nice profit...my problem is id keep em all! :)

i was debating to keep the heater components in it. theres no heater core and i dont really plan to drive this car in crappy weather. thought about taking the blower motor off. dont really know,might just leave it so its there if i ever want to get a heater core and actually want heat. any ideas?

All the cool kids are doing it, LOL! Watch youtube airbrushing flames. That's what I did and had beginners luck I think, LOL! It would look hot on your black truck.
I couldn't pass up getting one of those remove before flight ribbons, just goes with the theme so nice. Now I can get some us flags and use them to prop my hatch open, that problem will then be solved fairly cheap and should show good on 4th of July, LOL! I think I need a bigger pin up model though. This one is hard to see even in person.

Never had seen one with a chop, it deffinately looks cool, Im with you on not diggin the color, Im really torn between gasser style, chrome front axle and bit tires on the back, or rat rod and sit it on the ground, Ill have to make a custom frame later probably to accomodate everything I would need, But all in steps!

I would have sure liked to have brought the MS6, but I will next year, assuming I have a job by then and pending the job have the front end fixed... But yeah there sure were tons of Vettes. I almost wonder if they saw the Mazdas with their stripes and counted them, too....
