About Me
My name is Jeremy and I grew up with my dad's side of the family being an all Ford or nothing family which I was part of that for a long time till around I got my license then my other Grandpa got me hooked on the Chevrolet's since I was always around him and all he will buy and own is a Chevy. My Grandpa has taught me everything I know about V8's and cars in generally and got me hooked on the V8's in the S10s. But now my Ungle and my Dad have got me going back the Ford roots since my next motor project is going to be my Dad's old 289.

Like to spend time with my friends and have a good time having some drinks and talking cars. I'm a pretty nice and good guy to know and easy to get along with once you have gotten to know me. Also enjoy football both NFL and college. If you are ever in Ohio and want to have a meet up let me know and we can arrange something.

General Vehicle Comments
This truck is the daily driver, it was given to me by my Grandpa when he decided to get a new S10 for his daily and make another V8 swapped S10. Most of the work on the truck has been done by a combination of me and him. It started out as a 4 cylinder, 5 speed before getting the countless different Small Blocks it has had and transmissions. The ultimate goal for the truck is to make it as nice as I possible can in my point of view and make the performance changes that will suit me.

Thanks for the pic comment and the opinion. I agree with you! Well, it'll happen soon. Going to paint the doors first, the primer is getting on my nerves. Then the new rims after that.

thanks man! it acutally is dropped 2" in the back. and since its level, i will likely leave it where its at. don't wanna go to low since its the daily commuter. and agreed on the wheels. i like the oem ones better. might find me a set here sooner or later. gonna wear out the tires on the 20's first though. and then i will likely go after something different. thinking about a 20" oem styled wheel in chrome. still not sure though.

speakin of wheels though, really diggin the wheels on your truck! lookin good.

I'm deployed right now which means it's the perfect time for my truck to go under the knife. My brother is planning on dropping a 350 into it, so hopefully here soon it'll have a V8 in there.

Oh, okay. Sounds like you know what's up. I didn't know for sure, I was just looking out for you. I drastically static lowered mine and had to get aftermarket shocks. But the static drop is gone now so I don't have to worry about that problem anymore.

I think it looks a 100xs better than when I got it under the hood. Still need to tidy up and clean the spark plug wires and I think I'll get new heater hoses so I can use the braided hose covers. Right now it's spliced with lines running to the rear of the truck to a heater core style heater back there. I probably won't drive it much in the winter so might as well rip it out.

it has 14's front and 15's back now and told the shop i would like to go 15's front and 16's back, maybe they aren't looking for a 14-15 combo. I'll stop in there again when I go pick up the truck from the exhaust shop and tell em what's on it will be fine if they can hook me up with a torque thrust2 or something then.

Yeah ,I saw it. Got me thinking maybe the problem came in from trying to find rims that would fit the 5x4.75 on the front and the 5.5 on the rear. I don't think they were coming up with a match for a rim that would work for both.

Is there a 3.70 gear? That's stamped on the door plate with the vin but couldn't find info what that number represented. After pulling mine apart sure it was all stock inside and although all I had to do was unbolt the trans and hoist it out really don't feel like getting into all involved with adding a performer cam.

Mine shouldn't be that big of a gas pig. It's only a 600 cfm carb. Not going to go bigger either, need to be able to afford to drive it, LOL! My orange blazer averaged 6 miles to the gallon ,I couldn't afford to drive it.

Well that sucks the sending unit doesn't come with it. Anything has to be better than guessing how much is in there. I put $20 in and drove around the block about 10 times and pulled into the neighbors drive around the corner and was bone dry. I was bragging about how the motor fires right up and went to start it and nothing. I was so pissed. LOL

None of my gauges work in the panel so was thinking since I don't know what gas tank is in it I should get an autometer with a universal sending unit. Your's came with a sending unit didn't it? If it's just a universal deal is it pretty acurate?
