Painted the hood and headlight covers today and primered the driverside. Ran out of newspaper to mask stuff off with.Needed a smoke break.
 
 

For the record, I do have graphics programs that I could've used for the license plates, but Paint was a simple solution & I was running on 45 minutes of sleep in 2 days so I was tired & lazy, lol.

You can get the headers off Ebay for around $120 if you shop around under the Probe stuff. If you have the money to bring it in to be put on I would highly recommend it. If I ever get another Probe I'm not doing it again. Both Probes took me 2 days to do each time and fought me every step of the way. I hate that tight firewall side. LOL!
 
 

Just mask off the v6 emblem and stuff like that so it stays shiny.
 
 

To do subs in the rear corners do it just like the pods I did for the center console only in the back corners. Not sure how to attach the fleece where you would need it to stay until resin dries? Staple it maybe? then need that rigid parts group plastic filler to get it to bond right to the back plastic. If the neons are on car domain, haven't seen them, I don't get over there much anymore.
 
 

I was checking out your wish list on the domain, don't get that wing. I had the exact same one on my suzuki and it barely worked on there. It's not very adjustable for wing angle and with the Probes angled back hatch it will end up higher in the front then the back looking like it's sliding off the car. Need something more adjustable.
 
 

Your assumption about the car cooler is pretty accurate. It is an early form of AC.
 
 

Do you rack your hand when shifting that short throw? Do you like it better or worse then stock hieght.
 
 

One thing I noticed in the last few days is there just isn't as many Probes on the roads as there used to be. They have a ton of potential and are somewhat unique. I would keep yours or see if you can sell it for a 2.4 chevy Cavalier 5 speed or something else equal in horsepower and a 5 speed.
 
 

I just posted a bulletin with pics of the hatch door finally done. it looks pretty good. Pics make it look worse as far as weird shadows and highlights but it looks great in person, check em out.
