I love to tinker on anything that has to do with cars. and love hitting the drag strip with my cobra. also i spend alot of time hanging out with the guys from Performance Solution Racing. as they have helped me a long way with my car. i also spend alot of time meeting and hanging out with people in the local car scene. oh, and i could not forget my other loves, my wife and i's '04 mazda 6s and the new '04 SVT Lightning. Also i have a project'79 Mustang Coupe.

Here is my newly purchased 2004 Ford SVT Lightning. This truck was purchased to replace my faithful 05 Ranger. I have been wanting to upgrade to a full size truck, just had been waiting for the right one to come along. And after finding the details of this truck, i simply could not pass it by. Its a truely amazing vehicle. It has been taken great care of by its previous owners, and i fully intend to upkeep this amazing truck. As most know, it came factory with 380hp, and 450ftlb of torque. This truck truely hauls! And in more way than one! With its 5000lb towing capacity, it will eventually be used to haul the Cobra to the track. This will allow the Cobra to be hauled out in full race trim, and ready to go.

As with the previous truck, the L will assume my daily driver requirements. Though i give up some gas milage, and now have to run premium unleaded, its well worth it. The insurance was a mere 3 dollar increase from my Ranger, so thats no big deal at all to be able to drive this beautiful truck day in and day out.

Ran a best of 14.28@97 with a 2.1 60' time. This video was the slowest of the night at 14.32@97 with a 2.2 60' time.

8/22/09- Took Delivery of the Truck

8/24/09- performed first mod of swapping out the projector headlights that the previous owner had installed for the addition of a set of headlights from a '00 Lightning. Also pulled the "Lightning" badge off the front Ford emblem.

9/5/09- added a set of smoked headlights and installed a vvme 6k HID kit.

10/5/09- added a pair of MTEC cosmos blue foglight bulbs
