About Me
My Delorean is my favorite hobby. She inspires me to drive and show her off at car shows and family/friend get togethers.
I believe that every individual OUGHT to have a classic/antique and/or exotic car. Makes life more interesting and fun!
General Vehicle Comments
I am the second owner of my Delorean which was first bought in Long Island. I have made improvement to her over the years and she is still fun to drive along with a very intriguing auto history.
My ride's name is the car name itself, "Delorean". I sometimes refer to her as simply, "Vin1632" Her Vin# makes her the 1,100 production Delorean made in June of 1981!
Accessories & Modifications
I added an Alpine CD Stereo system with two front Kenwood Speakers. It is a very loud stereo system with an automatic antennae. The original Craig radio was a piece of junk!

I also added two seat covers and had the rear facia and front facia re-painted. Also, the engine lift cover was repainted as well!

I also added the stainless steel lettering of "DELOREAN" on the rear bumper and added some more stainless steel decals in between the rear lights.

I also added the "DELOREAN" sticker on the front right-hand bottom corner of the hood.

I also had the inside liner completely redone and installed a remanufactured steering wheel.

Last but not least, I had the stock engine long-block replaced with an original stock one.

Vehicle Showcase
No race times to report because I have never raced my Delorean. However, I did have the pleasure of taking her out onto the California Speedway Racetrack! That was a lot of fun!

My 1981 Delorean has the gas-flap on the front hood. Simply lift the panel up and unscrew the gas cap to gas her up!

There is also a small compartment located just behind the driver seat.

The small PRV-6 engine is located on the rear of the Delorean!

The most distinguishing characteristic of all: It has a stainless steel exterior with gull-wing doors!

Future Plans
I am currently a member of the Delorean Mid-Atlantic Club and I try to attend as many events as I can. So far, I attended the DMA Fall Tour and the DMA Holiday Party in NYC.

The next Big DMA event will be in Gettysburg, PA in 2008.
