About Me I drive this car and live in L.A. It's not an easy thing in the land of red lights and congested freeways. This obviously is a weekend rider and occasional car show car. |

General Vehicle Comments Motor was rebuilt 12 months ago. Piece by piece, this car is returning to stock with a few exceptions, and those exceptions are limited to those that vastly improve reliability and performance.

Accessories & Modifications The motor is the original numbers matching motor. Its been bored "0.040 over with Ross forged aluminum pistons, an Engle cam, steel flex plate and a host of other goodies. Compression ratio is 9.77:1 with total cubic inches at 408.
Beyond the block, I'm running an Edelbrock intake manifold topped by a rebuilt '69 Q-Jet carb with a big air filter overhead.
Exhaust-wise: 1-3/4" Dougs headers feeding into a Magnaflow exhaust.
The TH400 transmission has a B&M shift kit along w. a 2500 rpm stall Coan torque converter.
I recently re-chromed the rear bumper. I also refurbished the OEM air filter, installed the OEM radio (w. an iPod hook-up) and removed the aftermarket air conditioning.
The car has a top notch alarm. If you value your life, please do not think about stealing it. |

Future Plans There's a long, long list of projects :
Posi rear end
Better valve covers
New tires (BFG)
OEM tic-toc-tac
Dash applique
Re-chrome various chrome pieces
