Hey Bill, thought of you today, Was checking for a fender for the panel truck on Ebay and saw a 50 Chevy pick up on there, $7,000 reserve not met. Looked like it was in good shape.

LOL,Yeah,I was standing on the fender. Fan blade spinning had me a lil leery so put one foot up on the cowl. Was surprised a lil it fired right up today after sitting at least 3 weeks out in the cold garage.

$2,000 for the truck and I guess around $600 into it so far and so far everything has been a big improvement. Once I get tires on it that aren't all split and bubbling I'll feel a lot better. Probe has to go before that though. Hoping to find a donor fender for the driver side before I start painting the outside but really can't wait to see it all flames on the front. Thanks for the kudos on my work so far. Really helps keep me going without feeling like it is all too much.

Thanks, I'm really happy with the Probe lately. today I ripped out the glovebox and made a custom fiberglass panel for there with a spot for the headunit and a cubby from out of one of my old cars.Turning out pretty slick, have to add body filler tomorrow. and sand some more. I have a lot of money into the Probe but a lot of it is stuff I already had sitting on shelves in the garage. Bought a new sub and amp with tax returns and the wife bought a set of 6 1/2 speakers for my B Day and the rest is just a lot of hard work, LOL
