Sweet 16 Competition INFORMATION

What is going on?

We will be holding a competition for each category in the Sweet 16.  This is a prestige award.

How does it work?

On the morning of December 31st 2007 (~9am PST) TheAutoLog will find the top 16 vehicles in each category of the Sweet 16.  These 16 vehicles (for each category) will be awarded a permanent '07 Sweet 16 Trophy Badge on their vehicle profile.  We will only recognize the top 16 voted on vehicles on Dec 31st.  It doesn't matter what the rankings are the day before that.
 
Once this "snap shot" of each category has been made, TheAutoLog will determine which of those 16 vehicles has the lowest number of votes.  If your vehicle has the same amount of votes as this vehicle, you will be awarded a permanent '07 Sweet 16 Trophy Badge too!

How to vote

Go to a vehicle profile, click on "Vote" located under the main profile photo. From there you can use the drop down menu to select which category you'd like to vote that vehicle for.

Each AutoLogger gets one vote per category. You can cast/change your vote at anytime. If you vote for another vehicle, the original vehicle you voted for will lose their vote from you, and the new vehicle will get your vote. This way, TheAutoLog can provide you with real-time popularity rankings.

Who is eligible?

Everyone!  Sweet 16 rankings can change at any time and the Sweet 16 vote counts are relatively low as of Nov. 14th 2007.  This means the '07 Sweet 16 Trophy Badge is wide open for any AutoLogger!

What is the reward?

The top 16 vehicles (for each category) will have the distinction of being awarded a permanent '07 Sweet 16 Trophy Badge on their vehicle profile.

Any tips?

• Ask friends, co-workers and family to support you.  Ask other members on TheAutoLog to vote for you.  Post bulletins or messages on MySpace, Facebook or Forums.
• Use the Auto Stats widget to your advantage.
• Make sure you take plenty of clear photos of your car for which category you're going for.  If you're in a category and you're not showing photos of that category, you can be removed from that category.  For instance, if you're going for the Engine Category, make sure you take some good photos of your engine.

Elimination

All profiles that TheAutoLog deems fake or bogus will be deleted and votes removed.
