2. I forgot my email address. |
Please Contact us with as much information about your account as possible. For instance, what you think the email address should be, your shop's name, address, tel#, your account holders first and last name and so on. The more information you can provide the more likely we will be able to retrieve your email address.

3. What is my shop id? |
Your shop id lets people view your reference photos directly from the Log-in page. To figure out what your shop id is, Log-in, your shop id will be listed in the center of the page.

4. I'm having problems uploading my photos. |
1. Make sure your photo is 1.5MB or less. For PC users, right click on your picture that is located on your computer and click on "Properties"- this will tell you the size.
2. Make sure your image is of type: ".jpg" or ".gif"- you can find this out on the image "Properties" window.
3. Your file name can only have letters or numbers, no symbols allowed. If you are still having problems, Let us know
Make photo less than 1.5MB-
A simple way to get your photo under 1.5MB, (that works most of the time), is to simply open your photo up in MS Paint. Then simply "Save As" your photo with another name. Saving in MS Paint should automatically reduce the size of your photo. You can check the size of your photo (Windows users) by right clicking the photo and clicking on "Properties".

5. When I leave a profile or picture comment, it doesn't show up. |
All profile and picture comments must be approved by that user before they show up on their profile.

6. How do I delete my account? |
Here's how to PERMANENTLY delete your shop account with TheAutoLog.com. Start by deleting EVERY piece of information on your shop profile. Then change your shop name to "DELETE ACCOUNT". Finally send us your shop id. When we receive your request, we will view your profile. If all your information is deleted and your shop name is "DELETE ACCOUNT", we will terminate your account. Beware! You will never be able to access your account after this.
