Ran through some different bends doing the prototypes, and finally get a door that I am happy with.

Door number one, knew that there would be some changes, So I just used a scrap that was long enough to give a general idea of how it would work.

Second try, I like the full 180º of the back part of the door, but the angle is a bit too much.

Did this one a bit shorter, but still not short enough.

This is the door that still wasn't short enough, I really didn't think it wasn't right until I drove around with it some. Then I knew that I had to change it one last time.

Here's the final door, Opps, I don't have a photo of that, yet. Maybe tomorrow if the weather is better.
